功能	Cyclic nucleotide phosphodiesterase with a dual- specificity for the second messengers cAMP and cGMP, which are key regulators of many important physiological processes. Has a preference for cGMP as a substrate.
總結(jié)	Cyclic nucleotide phosphodiesterases (PDEs) catalyzehydrolysis of the cyclic nucleotides cAMP and cGMP to thecorresponding nucleoside 5-prime-monophosphates. Mammalian PDEshave been classified into several families based on theirbiochemical properties. Members of the PDE1 family, such as PDE1B,are calmodulin (see MIM 114180)-dependent PDEs (CaM-PDEs) that arestimulated by a calcium-calmodulin complex (Repaske et al., 1992[PubMed 1326532]).
形式	Purified polyclonal antibody supplied in PBS with 0.09% (W/V) sodium azide. This antibody is purified through a protein A column, followed by peptide affinity purification.

AMM07041G)immunohistochemistry analysis in formalin fixed and paraffin embedded human brain tissue followed by peroxidase conjugation of the secondary antibody and DAB staining.This data demonstrates the use of PDE1B Antibody (C-term) for immunohistochemistry. Clinical relevance has not been evaluated.
