總結(jié)	LY6G6C belongs to a cluster of leukocyte antigen-6 (LY6)genes located in the major histocompatibility complex (MHC) classIII region on chromosome 6. Members of the LY6 superfamilytypically contain 70 to 80 amino acids, including 8 to 10cysteines. Most LY6 proteins are attached to the cell surface by aglycosylphosphatidylinositol (GPI) anchor that is directly involvedin signal transduction (Mallya et al., 2002 [PubMed12079290]).
形式	Purified polyclonal antibody supplied in PBS with 0.09% (W/V) sodium azide. This antibody is purified through a protein A column, followed by peptide affinity purification.
儲(chǔ)存條件	Store at +4°C short term. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at -20°C or below. Stable for 12 months at -20°C. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

APR17257G) immunohistochemistry analysis in formalin fixed and paraffin embedded human lymph node followed by peroxidase conjugation of the secondary antibody and DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of the LY6G6C antibody (C-term) for immunohistochemistry. Clinical relevance has not been evaluated.
