總結(jié)	RHBG encodes one of two non-erythroid members of the Rhesus (Rh) protein family. Non-erythroid Rh protein family members are mainly expressed in the kidney and belong to the methylammonium-ammonium permease/ammonia transporters superfamily. All Rh family proteins are predicted to be transmembrane proteins with 12 membrane spanning domains and intracytoplasmic N- and C-termini.
形式	Purified polyclonal antibody supplied in PBS with 0.09% (W/V) sodium azide. This antibody is purified through a protein A column, followed by peptide affinity purification.
儲(chǔ)存條件	Store at +4°C short term. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at -20°C or below. Stable for 12 months at -20°C. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

圖像	Western blot analysis of RHBG Antibody (C-term) (Cat. APR10921G) in K562 cell line lysates (35ug/lane). RHBG (arrow) was detected using the purified Pab. RHBG Antibody (C-term) (Cat. APR10921G) IHC analysis in formalin fixed and paraffin embedded mouse kidney tissue followed by peroxidase conjugation of the secondary antibody and DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of the RHBG Antibody (C-term) for immunohistochemistry. Clinical relevance has not been evaluated. RHBG Antibody (C-term) (Cat. APR10921G) flow cytometric analysis of K562 cells (right histogram) compared to a negative control cell (left histogram).FITC-conjugated goat-anti-rabbit secondary antibodies were used for the analysis.
