功能	Inhibits the Wnt/Wingless pathway by binding to beta- catenin and inhibiting beta-catenin-mediated transcriptional activation through competition with TCF/LEF transcription factors. Has also been shown to play a role in regulating the intracellular trafficking of polycystin-2/PKD2 and possibly of other intracellular proteins. Promotes adipocyte and cardiomyocyte differentiation.

圖像	Western blot analysis of HRIHFB2025 Antibody (C-term) (Cat. AMM08592G) in MDA-MB231 cell line lysates (35ug/lane). HRIHFB2025 (arrow) was detected using the purified Pab. Formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human brain tissue reacted with HRIHFB2025 Antibody (C-term), which was peroxidase-conjugated to the secondary antibody, followed by DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of this antibody for immunohistochemistry; clinical relevance has not been evaluated. HRIHFB2025 Antibody (C-term) (Cat. AMM08592G) flow cytometric analysis of MDA-MB231 cells (right histogram) compared to a negative control cell (left histogram).FITC-conjugated goat-anti-rabbit secondary antibodies were used for the analysis.
