總結(jié)	Glia maturation factor gamma (GMFG) is a cytokine-responsive protein in erythropoietin-induced and granulocyte-colony stimulating factor-induced hematopoietic lineage development. It may be involved in glial differentiation, neural regeneration, and inhibition of tumor cell proliferation.
形式	Purified polyclonal antibody supplied in PBS with 0.09% (W/V) sodium azide. This antibody is prepared by Saturated Ammonium Sulfate (SAS) precipitation followed by dialysis against PBS.

圖像	Western blot analysis of GMFG Antibody (N-term) (Cat. AMM08572G) in Jurkat cell line lysates (35ug/lane). GMFG (arrow) was detected using the purified Pab. Formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human lung carcinoma tissue reacted with GMFG antibody (N-term) (Cat. AMM08572G), which was peroxidase-conjugated to the secondary antibody, followed by DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of this antibody for immunohistochemistry; clinical relevance has not been evaluated.
