總結(jié)	This gene encodes a member of the ALG6/ALG8glucosyltransferase family. The encoded protein catalyzes theaddition of the second glucose residue to the lipid-linkedoligosaccharide precursor for N-linked glycosylation of proteins.Mutations in this gene have been associated with congenitaldisorder of glycosylation type Ih (CDG-Ih). Alternatively splicedtranscript variants encoding different isoforms have beenidentified.
形式	Purified polyclonal antibody supplied in PBS with 0.09% (W/V) sodium azide. This antibody is purified through a protein A column, followed by peptide affinity purification.
儲(chǔ)存條件	Store at +4°C short term. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at -20°C or below. Stable for 12 months at -20°C. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
