功能	Is a promoter of calcium phosphate mineralization, playing a critical role in the formation of the compact, mineralized, aprismatic enamel surface layer during the maturation stage of amelogenesis.
總結(jié)	The mineralized portions of teeth, the dentin and enamel,are formed by mesenchyme-derived odontoblasts andepithelium-derived ameloblasts, respectively. As ameloblastsdifferentiate, they deposit specific proteins necessary for enamelformation, including amelogenin (AMELX; MIM 300391), enamelin(ENAM; MIM 606585), and ameloblastin (AMBN; MIM 601259), in theorganic enamel matrix. Amelotin is specifically expressed inmaturation-stage ameloblasts (Iwasaki et al., 2005 [PubMed16304441]).
形式	Purified polyclonal antibody supplied in PBS with 0.09% (W/V) sodium azide. This antibody is purified through a protein A column, followed by peptide affinity purification.
儲(chǔ)存條件	Store at +4°C short term. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at -20°C or below. Stable for 12 months at -20°C. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
