功能	GTPase tethering membranes through formation of trans- homooligomers and mediating homotypic fusion of endoplasmic reticulum membranes. Functions in endoplasmic reticulum tubular network biogenesis. May also regulate Golgi biogenesis. May regulate axonal development.
總結(jié)	The protein encoded by this gene is a GTPase and a Golgibody transmembrane protein. The encoded protein can form ahomotetramer and has been shown to interact with spastin and withmitogen-activated protein kinase kinase kinase kinase 4. Thisprotein may be involved in axonal maintenance as evidenced by thefact that defects in this gene are a cause of spastic paraplegiatype 3. Three transcript variants encoding two different isoformshave been found for this gene.
形式	Purified polyclonal antibody supplied in PBS with 0.09% (W/V) sodium azide. This antibody is purified through a protein A column, followed by peptide affinity purification.
儲(chǔ)存條件	Store at +4°C short term. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at -20°C or below. Stable for 12 months at -20°C. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
