功能	Force generating protein of respiratory cilia. Produces force towards the minus ends of microtubules. Dynein has ATPase activity; the force-producing power stroke is thought to occur on release of ADP. Involved in sperm motility; implicated in sperm flagellar assembly (By similarity).
總結(jié)	Dyneins are microtubule-associated motor protein complexescomposed of several heavy, light, and intermediate chains. Theaxonemal dyneins, found in cilia and flagella, are components ofthe outer and inner dynein arms attached to the peripheralmicrotubule doublets. DNAH2 is an axonemal inner arm dynein heavychain (Chapelin et al., 1997 [PubMed 9256245]).
形式	Purified polyclonal antibody supplied in PBS with 0.09% (W/V) sodium azide. This antibody is purified through a protein A column, followed by peptide affinity purification.
儲(chǔ)存條件	Store at +4°C short term. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at -20°C or below. Stable for 12 months at -20°C. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
