功能	Receptor for neurotrophin-3 (NT-3). This is a tyrosine- protein kinase receptor. Known substrates for the trk receptors are SHC1, PI-3 kinase, and PLCG1. The different isoforms do not have identical signaling properties.
總結(jié)	TRKC, a member of the insuline receptor subfamily of Tyr protein kinases, is a receptor for neurotrophin-3 (NT-3). Known substrates for the TRK receptors are SHC, PI-3 kinase, and PLCG1. The different isoforms do not have identical signaling properties. The protein is widely expressed, mainly in the nervous tissue. The isoform B is expressed in a relatively large amount in the adult brain comparatively to fetal brain. TRKC is subject to ligand-mediated auto-phosphorylation. The protein structure contains 2 immunoglobulin-like C2-type domains and 2 leucine-rich (LRR) repeats.
儲(chǔ)存條件	Store at +4°C short term. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at -20°C or below. Stable for 12 months at -20°C. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

圖像	Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded H. brain section using TrkC Antibody( APR05995G). APR05995G was diluted at 1:100 dilution. A undiluted biotinylated goat polyvalent antibody was used as the secondary, followed by DAB staining. TrkC Antibody (Cat. APR05995G) western blot analysis in U87-MG cell line lysates (35ug/lane).This demonstrates the TrkC antibody detected the TrkC protein (arrow).
