功能	CBF binds to the core site, 5'-PYGPYGGT-3', of a number of enhancers and promoters, including murine leukemia virus, polyomavirus enhancer, T-cell receptor enhancers, LCK, IL-3 and GM-CSF promoters. The alpha subunit binds DNA and appears to have a role in the development of normal hematopoiesis. Isoform AML-1L interferes with the transactivation activity of RUNX1. Acts synergistically with ELF4 to transactivate the IL-3 promoter and with ELF2 to transactivate the mouse BLK promoter. Inhibits KAT6B- dependent transcriptional activation.
總結(jié)	Core binding factor (CBF) is a heterodimeric transcription factor that binds to the core element of many enhancers and promoters. The RUNX1 protein represents the alpha subunit of CBF and is thought to be involved in the development of normal hematopoiesis.

Secondary Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG, (H+L), Peroxidase conjugated at 1/10000 dilution. Predicted band size : 49 kDa Blocking/Dilution buffer: 5% NFDM/TBST. RUNX1 Antibody (S276) (Cat. APR05077G) western blot analysis in U-937 cell line lysates (35ug/lane).This demonstrates the RUNX1 antibody detected the RUNX1 protein (arrow). Formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human brain tissue reacted with RUNX1 Antibody (S276) (Cat.APR05077G), which was peroxidase-conjugated to the secondary antibody, followed by DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of this antibody for immunohistochemistry; clinical relevance has not been evaluated.
