功能	Links CD47 to the cytoskeleton. Promotes the surface expression of GABA-A receptors. Promotes the accumulation of uncleaved PSEN1 and PSEN2 by stimulating their biosynthesis. Has no effect on PSEN1 and PSEN2 degradation.
總結(jié)	PLIC1 is an ubiquitin-like protein (ubiquilin) that shares high degree of similarity with related products in yeast, rat and frog. Ubiquilins contain a N-terminal ubiquitin-like domain and a C-terminal ubiquitin-associated domain. They physically associate with both proteasomes and ubiquitin ligases, and thus are thought to functionally link the ubiquitination machinery to the proteasome to affect in vivo protein degradation. This ubiquilin has also been shown to modulate accumulation of presenilin proteins, and is found in lesions associated with Alzheimer's and Parkinson's disease.
儲存條件	Store at +4°C short term. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at -20°C or below. Stable for 12 months at -20°C. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

圖像	PLIC1 Antibody (P34) (Cat. APR04925G) western blot analysis in SH-SY5Y,U87-MG cell line lysates (35ug/lane).This demonstrates the PLIC1 antibody detected the PLIC1 protein (arrow). Formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human cancer tissue reacted with the primary antibody, which was peroxidase-conjugated to the secondary antibody, followed by DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of this antibody for immunohistochemistry; clinical relevance has not been evaluated. BC = breast carcinoma; HC = hepatocarcinoma.
