In certain cell types, can signal through activation of insulin receptor substrates, IRS1/IRS2.

儲(chǔ)存條件	Store at +4°C short term. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at -20°C or below. Stable for 12 months at -20°C. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

圖像	Flow cytometric analysis of Ramos cells using IL4R Antibody (C-term)(green, APR04621G) compared to an isotype control of rabbit IgG(blue). APR04621G was diluted at 1:25 dilution. An Alexa Fluor? 488 goat anti-rabbit lgG at 1:400 dilution was used as the secondary antibody. Western blot analysis of lysates from 293T, A431 cell line (from left to right), using IL4R Antibody (C-term)(APR04621G). APR04621G was diluted at 1:1000 at each lane. A goat anti-rabbit IgG H&L(HRP) at 1:5000 dilution was used as the secondary antibody. Lysates at 35ug per lane.
