A goat anti-rabbit IgG H&L(HRP) at 1:5000 dilution was used as the secondary antibody. Lysate at 35ug. Western blot analysis of lysate from human heart tissue, using ZNF219 Antibody (N-term) (Cat. APR04476G). APR04476G was diluted at 1:1000 at each lane. A goat anti-rabbit (HRP) at 1:5000 dilution was used as the secondary antibody. Lysate at 35ug. Western blot analysis of anti-ZNF219 Antibody (N-term) (Cat.APR04476G) in 293 cell line lysates (35ug/lane).ZNF219(arrow) was detected using the purified Pab.
