Reducedamounts of detectable beta globin causes beta-plus-thalassemia. Theorder of the genes in the beta-globin cluster is 5'-epsilon --gamma-G -- gamma-A -- delta -- beta--3'.

All lanes : Anti-HBB Antibody (C-term) at 1:2000 dilution Lane 1: human heart lysate Lane 2: human liver lysate Lane 3: K562 whole cell lysate Lysates/proteins at 20 μg per lane. Secondary Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG, (H+L), Peroxidase conjugated at 1/10000 dilution. Predicted band size : 16 kDa Blocking/Dilution buffer: 5% NFDM/TBST. HBB Antibody (C-term) (Cat. APR03574G) flow cytometric analysis of K562 cells (right histogram) compared to a negative control cell (left histogram).FITC-conjugated goat-anti-rabbit secondary antibodies were used for the analysis.
