總結	IL2RG is an important signaling component of many interleukin receptors, including those of interleukin -2, -4, -7 and -21, and is thus referred to as the common gamma chain. Mutations in this gene cause X-linked severe combined immunodeficiency (XSCID), as well as X-linked combined immunodeficiency (XCID), a less severe immunodeficiency disorder.
儲存條件	Store at +4°C short term. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at -20°C or below. Stable for 12 months at -20°C. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

All lanes : Anti-IL2RG Antibody (N-term) at 1:2000 dilution Lane 1: human spleen lysates Lane 2: Jurkat whole cell lysates Lane 3: Daudi whole cell lysates Lane 4: KG-1 whole cell lysates Lane 5: MOLT-4 whole cell lysates Lane 6: HL-60 whole cell lysates Lysates/proteins at 20 μg per lane. Secondary Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG, (H+L), Peroxidase conjugated at 1/10000 dilution Predicted band size : 42 kDa Blocking/Dilution buffer: 5% NFDM/TBST. Western blot analysis of lysate from Jurkat cell line, using IL2RG Antibody (N-term)(APR06171G). APR06171G was diluted at 1:1000. A goat anti-rabbit IgG H&L(HRP) at 1:10000 dilution was used as the secondary antibody. Lysate at 20ug.
