功能	Associates with IFNAR2 to form the type I interferon receptor. Receptor for interferons alpha and beta. Binding to type I IFNs triggers tyrosine phosphorylation of a number of proteins including JAKs, TYK2, STAT proteins and IFNR alpha- and beta- subunits themselves. Can also transduce IFNB signals without the help of IFNAR2, and not activating the Jak-STAT pathway.

圖像	Western blot analysis of IFNAR1 Antibody (Center) (Cat. APR06092G) in K562 cell line lysates (35ug/lane). IFNAR1 (arrow) was detected using the purified Pab.(8ug/ml) Formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human hepatocarcinoma with IFNAR1 Antibody (Center), which was peroxidase-conjugated to the secondary antibody, followed by DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of this antibody for immunohistochemistry; clinical relevance has not been evaluated. Flow cytometric analysis of K562 cells using IFNAR1 Antibody (Center)(bottom histogram) compared to a negative control cell (top histogram). FITC-conjugated goat-anti-rabbit secondary antibodies were used for the analysis.
