圖像	Western blot analysis of CEA antibody (Center) (Cat. APR05758G) in 293 cell line lysates (35ug/lane). CEA (arrow) was detected using the purified Pab. CEA Antibody (Center) (Cat. APR05758G) immunohistochemistry analysis in formalin fixed and paraffin embedded human colon carcinoma followed by peroxidase conjugation of the secondary antibody and DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of the CEA Antibody (Center) for immunohistochemistry. Clinical relevance has not been evaluated. CEA Antibody (Center) (Cat. APR05758G) flow cytometric analysis of 293 cells (right histogram) compared to a negative control cell (left histogram).FITC-conjugated goat-anti-rabbit secondary antibodies were used for the analysis.
