功能	Enhances all basic T-cell responses to a foreign antigen, namely proliferation, secretion of lymphokines, up- regulation of molecules that mediate cell-cell interaction, and effective help for antibody secretion by B-cells. Essential both for efficient interaction between T and B-cells and for normal antibody responses to T-cell dependent antigens. Does not up- regulate the production of interleukin-2, but superinduces the synthesis of interleukin-10. Prevents the apoptosis of pre- activated T-cells. Plays a critical role in CD40-mediated class switching of immunoglobin isotypes (By similarity).
總結(jié)	ICOS belongs to the CD28 and CTLA-4 cell-surface receptor family. It forms homodimers and plays an important role in cell-cell signaling, immune responses, and regulation of cell proliferation.
儲存條件	Store at +4°C short term. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at -20°C or below. Stable for 12 months at -20°C. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

圖像	Formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human lymph with ICOS Antibody (C-term), which was peroxidase-conjugated to the secondary antibody, followed by DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of this antibody for immunohistochemistry; clinical relevance has not been evaluated. ICOS-S171 (Cat. APR05699G) western blot analysis in Jurkat cell line lysates (35ug/lane).This demonstrates the ICOS antibody detected the ICOS protein (arrow). ICOS Antibody (C-term) (Cat. APR05699G) flow cytometric analysis of Jurkat cells (right histogram) compared to a negative control cell (left histogram).FITC-conjugated donkey-anti-rabbit secondary antibodies were used for the analysis.
