功能	Major mediator of the tumor suppressor activity of IFN in breast cancer cells. Promotes ubiquitination and subsequent degradation of MDM2, which leads to p53/TP53 stabilization. Promotes ubiquitination and subsequent degradation of HDAC1, which in turn enhances maspin expression, and impairs invasive activity of cancer cells.

HIN200 proteins are primarilynuclear and are involved in transcriptional regulation of genesimportant for cell cycle control, differentiation, and apoptosis(Ding et al., 2006 [PubMed 16479015]).
儲(chǔ)存條件	Store at +4°C short term. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at -20°C or below. Stable for 12 months at -20°C. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

PYHIN1 Antibody (N-term) (Cat. APR05643G) immunohistochemistry analysis in formalin fixed and paraffin embedded human lymph tissue followed by peroxidase conjugation of the secondary antibody and DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of the PYHIN1 Antibody (N-term) for immunohistochemistry. Clinical relevance has not been evaluated. PYHIN1 Antibody (N-term) (Cat. APR05643G) flow cytometric analysis of MDA-MB435 cells (right histogram) compared to a negative control cell (left histogram).FITC-conjugated goat-anti-rabbit secondary antibodies were used for the analysis.
