功能	Plays a role in mitotic spindle orientation and mitotic progression. Regulates the distribution of dynactin at the cell cortex in a PLK1-dependent manner, thus stabilizing cortical and astral microtubule attachments required for proper mitotic spindle positioning. May link microtubules to the actin cytospkeleton and focal adhesions. May be required for directed cell migration and centrosome orientation. May also be necessary for proper stacking of the Golgi apparatus.

圖像	Western blot analysis of C19orf21 Antibody (N-term) (Cat. APR05358G) in HepG2 cell line lysates (35ug/lane). C19orf21 (arrow) was detected using the purified Pab. C19orf21 Antibody (N-term) (Cat. APR05358G) IHC analysis in formalin fixed and paraffin embedded human cervix carcinoma followed by peroxidase conjugation of the secondary antibody and DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of the C19orf21 Antibody (N-term) for immunohistochemistry. Clinical relevance has not been evaluated. C19orf21 Antibody (N-term) (Cat. APR05358G) flow cytometric analysis of HepG2 cells (right histogram) compared to a negative control cell (left histogram).FITC-conjugated goat-anti-rabbit secondary antibodies were used for the analysis.
