The gamma subunit has a critical role in allowing the IgE Fc receptor to reach the cell surface. Also involved in collagen-mediated platelet activation and in neutrophil activation mediated by integrin.

儲存條件	Store at +4°C short term. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at -20°C or below. Stable for 12 months at -20°C. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

圖像	Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded H. spleen section using FCER1G Antibody (C-term)( APR04490G). APR04490G was diluted at 1:25 dilution. A undiluted biotinylated goat polyvalent antibody was used as the secondary, followed by DAB staining. Western blot analysis of lysate from human spleen tissue lysate, using FCER1G Antibody (C-term)(Cat. APR04490G). APR04490G was diluted at 1:1000 at each lane. A goat anti-rabbit IgG H&L(HRP) at 1:5000 dilution was used as the secondary antibody. Lysate at 35ug per lane. Western blot analysis of lysate from human spleen tissue lysate, using FCER1G Antibody (C-term)(Cat. APR04490G). APR04490G was diluted at 1:1000 at each lane. A goat anti-rabbit IgG H&L(HRP) at 1:5000 dilution was used as the secondary antibody. Lysate at 35ug per lane.
