功能	The PR65 subunit of protein phosphatase 2A serves as a scaffolding molecule to coordinate the assembly of the catalytic subunit and a variable regulatory B subunit. Required for proper chromosome segregation and for centromeric localization of SGOL1 in mitosis.
總結(jié)	This gene encodes a constant regulatory subunit of proteinphosphatase 2. Protein phosphatase 2 is one of the four majorSer/Thr phosphatases, and it is implicated in the negative controlof cell growth and division. It consists of a common heteromericcore enzyme, which is composed of a catalytic subunit and aconstant regulatory subunit, that associates with a variety ofregulatory subunits. The constant regulatory subunit A serves as ascaffolding molecule to coordinate the assembly of the catalyticsubunit and a variable regulatory B subunit. This gene encodes analpha isoform of the constant regulatory subunit A. Alternativelyspliced transcript variants have been described. [provided byRefSeq].
儲(chǔ)存條件	Store at +4°C short term. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at -20°C or below. Stable for 12 months at -20°C. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
