功能	Appears to be a negative regulator of type-1 angiotensin II receptor-mediated signaling by regulating receptor internalisation as well as mechanism of receptor desensitization such as phosphorylation. Induces also a decrease in cell proliferation and angiotensin II-stimulated transcriptional activity.
總結(jié)	This gene encodes a transmembrane protein localized to theplasma membrane and perinuclear vesicular structures. The geneproduct interacts with the angiotensin II type I receptor andnegatively regulates angiotensin II signaling. Alternative splicingof this gene generates multiple transcript variants encodingdifferent isoforms.
