總結(jié)	Bmp15 is a member of the bone morphogenetic protein family which is part of the transforming growth factor-beta superfamily. The transforming growth factor-beta superfamily includes large families of growth and differentiation factors. It is thought that Bmp15 may be involved in oocyte maturation and follicular development as a homodimer or by forming heterodimers with a related protein, Gdf9.

圖像	Western blot analysis of BMP15 Antibody (Center) (Cat. APR04178G) in CEM cell line lysates (35ug/lane). BMP15 (arrow) was detected using the purified Pab. Formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human prostata carcinoma tissue reacted with BMP15 antibody (Center) (Cat.APR04178G), which was peroxidase-conjugated to the secondary antibody, followed by DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of this antibody for immunohistochemistry; clinical relevance has not been evaluated.
