總結(jié)	Actins are highly conserved proteins that are involved in cell motility, structure, and integrity. ACTB/ACTC are nonmuscle cytoskeletal actins and major constituents of the contractile apparatus. Defects in ACTB are a cause of juvenile-onset dystonia. Defects in ACTC have been associated with idiopathic dilated cardiomyopathy (IDC) and familial hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (FHC).
儲存條件	Store at +4°C short term. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at -20°C or below. Stable for 12 months at -20°C. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

圖像	Western blot analysis of ACTB/ACTC Antibody (N-term) in mouse testis tissue lysates (35ug/lane). Target protein (arrow) was detected using the purified Pab. Formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human lung carcinoma tissue reacted with ACTB/ACTC antibody (N-term) (Cat.APR04039G), which was peroxidase-conjugated to the secondary antibody, followed by DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of this antibody for immunohistochemistry; clinical relevance has not been evaluated. Confocal immunofluorescent analysis of Actin (ACTB/ACTC) Antibody (N-term)( APR04039G) with Hela cell followed by Alexa Fluor 488-conjugated goat anti-rabbit lgG (green).DAPI was used to stain the cell nuclear (blue).
