總結(jié)	The protein encoded by this gene is a member of thefibroblast growth factor (FGF) family. FGF family members possessbroad mitogenic and cell survival activities, and are involved in avariety of biological processes, including embryonic development,cell growth, morphogenesis, tissue repair, tumor growth andinvasion. This protein exhibits mitogenic activity for keratinizingepidermal cells, but essentially no activity for fibroblasts, whichis similar to the biological activity of FGF7. Studies of the mousehomolog of suggested that this gene is required for embryonicepidermal morphogenesis including brain development, lungmorphogenesis, and initiation of lim bud formation. This gene isalso implicated to be a primary factor in the process of woundhealing.
儲存條件	Store at +4°C short term. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at -20°C or below. Stable for 12 months at -20°C. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Predicted band size : 23 kDa Blocking/Dilution buffer: 5% NFDM/TBST. FGF10 Antibody (C-term) (Cat. APR03997G) western blot analysis in NCI-H460 cell line lysates (35ug/lane).This demonstrates the FGF10 antibody detected the FGF10 protein (arrow).
