圖像	Western blot analysis of CNOT4 Antibody (Cat. APR03986G) in MCF-7, K562, 293 cell line lysates (35ug/lane). CNOT4 (arrow) was detected using the purified Pab. Formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human testis tissue reacted with CNOT4 Antibody, which was peroxidase-conjugated to the secondary antibody, followed by DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of this antibody for immunohistochemistry; clinical relevance has not been evaluated. CNOT4 Antibody (Cat. APR03986G) flow cytometry analysis of MCF-7 cells (bottom histogram) compared to a negative control cell (top histogram).FITC-conjugated goat-anti-rabbit secondary antibodies were used for the analysis.
