功能	Plays a role in angiogenesis. Participates in the regulation of cell polarity and directional endothelial cell migration by mediating both the activation and recruitment of CDC42 and the reorganization of the actin cytoskeleton at the cell leading edge. Promotes filipodia formation (By similarity). Functions synergistically with PELP1 as a transcriptional coactivator of estrogen receptor-responsive genes. Stimulates histone acetyltransferase activity. Binds to chromatin.
總結(jié)	BCAS3 is physically associated with histone H3 and histone acetyltransferase complex protein P/CAF (p300/CBP-associated factor) and possesses histone acetyltransferase activity. In breast cancer, several chromosomal sites frequently undergo amplification, implicating the location of genes important for tumor development and progression.
儲存條件	Store at +4°C short term. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at -20°C or below. Stable for 12 months at -20°C. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

圖像	Western blot analysis of lysate from MCF-7 cell line, using BCAS3 Antibody (C-term)(Cat. APR03955G). APR03955G was diluted at 1:1000 at each lane. A goat anti-rabbit IgG H&L(HRP) at 1:5000 dilution was used as the secondary antibody. Lysate at 35ug per lane.
