功能	Catalyzes the addition of N-acetylglucosamine in beta 1- 6 linkage to the alpha-linked mannose of biantennary N-linked oligosaccharides. It is one of the most important enzymes involved in the regulation of the biosynthesis of glycoprotein oligosaccharides.
總結(jié)	This gene encodes mannosyl (alpha-1,6-)-glycoproteinbeta-1,6-N-acetyl-glucosaminyltransferase, a glycosyltransferaseinvolved in the synthesis of protein-bound and lipid-boundoligosaccharides. Alterations of the oligosaccharides on cellsurface glycoproteins cause significant changes in the adhesive ormigratory behavior of a cell. Increase in the encoded protein'sactivity may correlate with the progression of invasivemalignancies.
儲存條件	Store at +4°C short term. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at -20°C or below. Stable for 12 months at -20°C. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
