總結	The protein encoded by this gene is a member of thetripartite motif (TRIM) family. The TRIM motif includes threezinc-binding domains, a RING, a B-box type 1 and a B-box type 2,and a coiled-coil region. The function of this protein has not beenidentified. This gene lies within the major histocompatibilitycomplex class I region on chromosome 6. Alternate splicing resultsin two transcript variants encoding different isoforms. [providedby RefSeq].
