功能	E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase that acts as a negative regulator of the Wnt signaling pathway by mediating the ubiquitination, endocytosis and subsequent degradation of Wnt receptor complex components Frizzled. Acts on both canonical and non-canonical Wnt signaling pathway. Acts as a tumor suppressor in the intestinal stem cell zone by inhibiting the Wnt signaling pathway, thereby resticting the size of the intestinal stem cell zone.

APR03789G) western blot analysis in CEM cell line lysates (35ug/lane).This demonstrates the RNF43 antibody detected the RNF43 protein (arrow). RNF43 Antibody (C-term) (Cat. APR03789G)immunohistochemistry analysis in formalin fixed and paraffin embedded human kidney tissue followed by peroxidase conjugation of the secondary antibody and DAB staining.This data demonstrates the use of RNF43 Antibody (C-term) for immunohistochemistry. Clinical relevance has not been evaluated.
