功能	E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase that acts as a negative regulator of the Wnt signaling pathway by mediating the ubiquitination, endocytosis and subsequent degradation of Wnt receptor complex components Frizzled. Acts on both canonical and non-canonical Wnt signaling pathway. Acts as a tumor suppressor in the intestinal stem cell zone by inhibiting the Wnt signaling pathway, thereby resticting the size of the intestinal stem cell zone.

儲存條件	Store at +4°C short term. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at -20°C or below. Stable for 12 months at -20°C. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Predicted band size : 86 kDa Blocking/Dilution buffer: 5% NFDM/TBST. RNF43 Antibody (C-term) (Cat. APR03789G) western blot analysis in CEM cell line lysates (35ug/lane).This demonstrates the RNF43 antibody detected the RNF43 protein (arrow). RNF43 Antibody (C-term) (Cat. APR03789G)immunohistochemistry analysis in formalin fixed and paraffin embedded human kidney tissue followed by peroxidase conjugation of the secondary antibody and DAB staining.This data demonstrates the use of RNF43 Antibody (C-term) for immunohistochemistry. Clinical relevance has not been evaluated.
