APR03775G) western blot analysis in mouse spleen tissue lysates (35ug/lane).This demonstrates the PQLC2 antibody detected the PQLC2 protein (arrow). PQLC2 Antibody (C-term) (Cat. APR03775G)immunohistochemistry analysis in formalin fixed and paraffin embedded human testis tissue followed by peroxidase conjugation of the secondary antibody and DAB staining.This data demonstrates the use of PQLC2 Antibody (C-term) for immunohistochemistry. Clinical relevance has not been evaluated.
