總結(jié)	Corticotropin-releasing hormone is a potent stimulator ofsynthesis and secretion of preopiomelanocortin-derived peptides.Although CRH concentrations in the human peripheral circulation arenormally low, they increase throughout pregnancy and fall rapidlyafter parturition. Maternal plasma CRH probably originates from theplacenta. Human plasma contains a CRH-binding protein whichinactivates CRH and which may prevent inappropriatepituitary-adrenal stimulation in pregnancy.
儲存條件	Store at +4°C short term. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at -20°C or below. Stable for 12 months at -20°C. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
