功能	Component of the spindle-assembly checkpoint that prevents the onset of anaphase until all chromosomes are properly aligned at the metaphase plate. May recruit MAD2L1 to unattached kinetochores. Has a role in the correct positioning of the septum. Required for anchoring MAD2L1 to the nuclear periphery. Binds to the TERT promoter and represses telomerase expression, possibly by interfering with MYC binding.
總結(jié)	MAD1L1 is a component of the mitotic spindle-assemblycheckpoint that prevents the onset of anaphase until all chromosomeare properly aligned at the metaphase plate. MAD1L1 functions as ahomodimer and interacts with MAD2L1. MAD1L1 may play a role in cellcycle control and tumor suppression. Three transcript variantsencoding the same protein have been found for this gene. [providedby RefSeq].
儲(chǔ)存條件	Store at +4°C short term. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at -20°C or below. Stable for 12 months at -20°C. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
