Secondary Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG, (H+L), Peroxidase conjugated at 1/10000 dilution. Predicted band size : 87 kDa Blocking/Dilution buffer: 5% NFDM/TBST. DEF Antibody (N-term) (Cat. APR03621G) western blot analysis in CHO cell line lysates (35ug/lane).This demonstrates the DEF antibody detected the DEF protein (arrow).
