總結(jié)	The protein encoded by this gene is a regulatory proteininvolved in mitosis. The gene product complexes with p34(cdc2) toform the maturation-promoting factor (MPF). Two alternativetranscripts have been found, a constitutively expressed transcriptand a cell cycle-regulated transcript, that is expressedpredominantly during G2/M phase. The different transcripts resultfrom the use of alternate transcription initiation sites. [providedby RefSeq].

Predicted band size : 48 kDa Blocking/Dilution buffer: 5% NFDM/TBST. CCNB1 Antibody (C-term) (Cat. APR03527G) western blot analysis in MDA-MB231 cell line lysates (35ug/lane).This demonstrates the CCNB1 antibody detected the CCNB1 protein (arrow). CCNB1 Antibody (C-term) (Cat. APR03527G)immunohistochemistry analysis in formalin fixed and paraffin embedded human uterus tissue followed by peroxidase conjugation of the secondary antibody and DAB staining.This data demonstrates the use of CCNB1 Antibody (C-term) for immunohistochemistry. Clinical relevance has not been evaluated.
