儲存條件	Store at +4°C short term. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at -20°C or below. Stable for 12 months at -20°C. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

圖像	Western blot analysis of lysates from A431,HepG2,mouse NIH/3T3 cell line,mouse brain tissue,rat C6,PC-12 cell line (from left to right), using YWHAZ Antibody(Cat. APR17893G). APR17893G was diluted at 1:1000 at each lane. A goat anti-mouse IgG H&L(HRP) at 1:10000 dilution was used as the secondary antibody.Lysates at 20ug per lane. Fluorescent image of U251 cells stained with YWHAZ Antibody ( APR17893G). APR17893G was diluted at 1:25 dilution. An Alexa Fluor 488-conjugated goat anti-mouse lgG at 1:400 dilution was used as the secondary antibody (green). Cytoplasmic actin was counterstained with Alexa Fluor? 555 conjugated with Phalloidin (red).
