圖像	Fluorescent image of MCF-7 cells stained with GATA3 Antibody (Center)( APR16081G). APR16081G was diluted at 1:25 dilution. An Alexa Fluor? 488-conjugated goat anti-mouse lgG at 1:400 dilution was used as the secondary antibody (green). Cytoplasmic actin was counterstained with Alexa Fluor? 555 conjugated with Phalloidin (red). Flow cytometric analysis of MCF-7 cells using GATA3 Antibody (Center)(green, APR16081G) compared to an isotype control of mouse IgG2b(blue). APR16081G was diluted at 1:25 dilution. An Alexa Fluor? 488 goat anti-mouse lgG at 1:400 dilution was used as the secondary antibody. Western blot analysis of lysates from CEM, HL-60, SH-SY5Y cell lines (from left to right) using GATA3 Antibody (Center) (Cat. APR16081G). APR16081G was diluted at 1:1000 at each lane. A goat anti-mouse IgG H&L(HRP) at 1:3000 dilution was used as the secondary antibody. Lysates at 35μg per lane.
