功能	Class-IV neuronal intermediate filament that is able to self-assemble. It is involved in the morphogenesis of neurons. It may form an independent structural network without the involvement of other neurofilaments or it may cooperate with NF-L to form the filamentous backbone to which NF-M and NF-H attach to form the cross-bridges.
總結(jié)	Neurofilaments are type IV intermediate filamentheteropolymers composed of light, medium, and heavy chains.Neurofilaments comprise the axoskeleton and they functionallymaintain the neuronal caliber. They may also play a role inintracellular transport to axons and dendrites. This gene is amember of the intermediate filament family and is involved in themorphogenesis of neurons.
形式	Purified monoclonal antibody supplied in PBS with 0.09% (W/V) sodium azide. This antibody is purified through a protein G column, followed by dialysis against PBS.
儲(chǔ)存條件	Store at +4°C short term. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at -20°C or below. Stable for 12 months at -20°C. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
