功能	Integrin alpha-6/beta-1 is a receptor for laminin on platelets. Integrin alpha-6/beta-4 is a receptor for laminin in epithelial cells and it plays a critical structural role in the hemidesmosome.
總結(jié)	The ITGA6 protein product is the integrin alpha chain alpha 6. Integrins are integral cell-surface proteins composed of an alpha chain and a beta chain. A given chain may combine with multiple partners resulting in different integrins. For example, alpha 6 may combine with beta 4 in the integrin referred to as TSP180, or with beta 1 in the integrin VLA-6. Integrins are known to participate in cell adhesion as well as cell-surface mediated signalling. Two transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene.
形式	Purified monoclonal antibody supplied in PBS with 0.09% (W/V) sodium azide. This antibody is purified through a protein G column, followed by dialysis against PBS.
儲存條件	Store at +4°C short term. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at -20°C or below. Stable for 12 months at -20°C. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

圖像	Western blot analysis of anti-ITA6 (Cat. APR14346G) in HepG2 cell line lysates (35μg/lane). ITA6 (arrow) was detected using the purified Mab.(8μg/ml) ITA6 Monoclonal Antibody (Cat. APR14346G) immunohistochemistry analysis in formalin fixed and paraffin embedded human skin carcinoma followed by peroxidase conjμgation of the secondary antibody and DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of the ITA6 Monoclonal Antibody for immunohistochemistry. Clinical relevance has not been evaluated. Confocal immunofluorescent analysis of ITA6 Antibody ( APR14346G) with HepG2 cell followed by Alexa Fluor? 488-conjugated goat anti-mouse lgG (green). DAPI was used to stain the cell nuclear (blue).
