功能	The production of the second messenger molecules diacylglycerol (DAG) and inositol 1,4,5-trisphosphate (IP3) is mediated by activated phosphatidylinositol-specific phospholipase C enzymes. It is a crucial enzyme in transmembrane signaling.
總結(jié)	Enzymes of the phospholipase C family catalyze the hydrolysis of phospholipids to yield diacylglycerols and water-soluble phosphorylated derivatives of the lipid head groups. The phospholipase C gamma-2 (PLCγII) is an enzyme that plays a crucial role in intracellular signal transduction pathways. This enzyme is important because of its role in the generation of second messengers following the hydrolysis of phosphatidylinositol 4,5-bisphosphate (1). PLCγII has been implicated in collagen-induced signal transduction in platelets and antigen-dependent signaling in B-lymphocytes. It has been suggested that tyrosine kinases activate PLCγII (2). It has also been shown that PLCγII was required for receptor activator of NF-kappaB ligand-induced (RANKL-induced) osteoclastogenesis by differentially regulating nuclear factor of activated T cells c1 (NFATc1), activator protein-1 (AP1), and NF-kappaB (3).
形式	50 mM Tris-Glycine (pH 7.4), 0.15 M NaCl, 40% Glycerol, 0.01% sodium azide and 0.05% BSA.
儲(chǔ)存條件	Store at +4°C short term. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at -20°C or below. Stable for 12 months at -20°C. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
