功能	Inhibits dissociation of IRAK1 and IRAK4 from the Toll- like receptor signaling complex by either inhibiting the phosphorylation of IRAK1 and IRAK4 or stabilizing the receptor complex.
總結(jié)	IRAK-3 (also known as IRAK-M) is a member of the interleukine-1 receptor-associated kinase (IRAK) family. The IRAK family is implicated in the Toll-like receptor (TLR) and Il-1R signaling pathway (1). Upon stimulation, IRAK gets phosphorylated and activates NF-kB (2). Unlike IRAK, IRAK2 and IRAK4 which are expressed ubiquitously, IRAK-3 is mostly expressed in monocytes and macrophages (3). IRAK-M and IRAK-2 lack kinase activity, while IRAK-3 has a weak capacity to be phosphorylated. Additionally, IRAK-3 has been found to negatively regulate TRL signaling to protect from endotoxic shock (5).
形式	50 mM Tris-Glycine (pH 7.4), 0.15 M NaCl, 40% Glycerol, 0.01% sodium azide and 0.05% BSA.
儲(chǔ)存條件	Store at +4°C short term. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at -20°C or below. Stable for 12 months at -20°C. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
