總結(jié)	Inositol polyphosphate 4-phosphatase (INPP4A), an enzyme of the inositol phosphate signaling pathway, catalyzes the hydrolysis of the 4-position phosphate of inositol 3,4-bisphosphate, inositol 1,3,4-trisphosphate, and phosphatidylinositol 3,4-bisphosphate (1). Hydrolysis of the 4-position phosphate of phosphatidylinositol 3,4-bisphosphate has been implicated in mitogenesis mediated by PDGF receptor, the oxidative burst of neutrophils, and translocation of the glucose transporter to the plasma membrane (2).
形式	50 mM Tris-Glycine (pH 7.4), 0.15 M NaCl, 40% Glycerol, 0.01% sodium azide and 0.05% BSA.
儲(chǔ)存條件	Store at +4°C short term. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at -20°C or below. Stable for 12 months at -20°C. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
