Does not seem to have protease activity as it has lost the active site residues (By similarity).

圖像	Flow cytometric analysis of A549 cells using CAPN6 Antibody(green, AMM02517G) compared to an isotype control of mouse IgG1(blue). was diluted at 1:25 dilution. An Alexa Fluor? 488 goat anti-mouse lgG at 1:400 dilution was used as the secondary antibody. Western blot analysis of lysate from human placenta tissue lysate, using CAPN6 Antibody(AMM02517G). AMM02517G was diluted at 1:1000. A goat anti-mouse IgG H&L(HRP) at 1:3000 dilution was used as the secondary antibody. Lysate at 20μg.
