功能	Actins are highly conserved proteins that are involved in various types of cell motility and are ubiquitously expressed in all eukaryotic cells.
總結(jié)	The product encoded by this gene belongs to the actinfamily of proteins, which are highly conserved proteins that play arole in cell motility, structure and integrity. Alpha, beta andgamma actin isoforms have been identified, with alpha actins beinga major constituent of the contractile apparatus, while beta andgamma actins are involved in the regulation of cell motility. Thisactin is an alpha actin that is found in skeletal muscle. Mutationsin this gene cause nemaline myopathy type 3, congenital myopathywith excess of thin myofilaments, congenital myopathy with cores,and congenital myopathy with fiber-type disproportion, diseasesthat lead to muscle fiber defects.
儲存條件	Store at +4°C short term. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at -20°C or below. Stable for 12 months at -20°C. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

AMM02378G) western blot analysis in CEM cell line lysates (35μg/lane).This demonstrates the ACTA1 antibody detected the ACTA1 protein (arrow). ACTA1 Antibody (Cat. AMM02378G)immunohistochemistry analysis in formalin fixed and paraffin embedded human colon carcinoma followed by peroxidase conjμgation of the secondary antibody and DAB staining.This data demonstrates the use of ACTA1 Antibody for immunohistochemistry. Clinical relevance has not been evaluated.
