ProcartaPlex?是Affmetrix公司基于Luminex的xMAP技術(shù)平臺(tái)而開發(fā)的全面、高效的多因子免疫檢測試劑，可用于多種物種的檢測：人、大鼠、小鼠、非人靈長類動(dòng)物、豬、狗。
ProcartaPlex?多因子檢測使用磁珠，通過熒光染色的方法對(duì)磁珠進(jìn)行編碼，應(yīng)用時(shí)把針對(duì)不同檢測物的編碼磁珠混勻，再加入微量待檢測樣本（血清、血漿、細(xì)胞培養(yǎng)上清液），在懸液中靶分子與磁珠表面交聯(lián)的捕獲分子發(fā)生特異性結(jié)合，用Luminex儀器讀板，進(jìn)行分類和定量。
ProcartaPlex?多因子免疫檢測技術(shù)僅需25-50uL樣本，即可在單個(gè)樣本中同時(shí)檢測分析多達(dá)100種分析物，從而獲得多種因子含量結(jié)果。廣泛應(yīng)用于免于醫(yī)學(xué)、病理與藥理、藥物篩選及疫苗開發(fā)等研究中。
